Free Shipping Thresholds

  • 🇬🇧 UK — free shipping on orders over £35
  • 🇪🇺 Europe — free shipping on orders over £75 (equivalent in Euro)
  • 🌍 International — free shipping on orders over £95 (equivalent in USD)

Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when your order meets the threshold for your region. No discount code needed. Please note: free shipping thresholds are calculated on your order total after any discounts are applied.

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or public holidays.

UK Shipping We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders over £35, delivered via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Orders are typically delivered within 2–3 business days from dispatch.

For orders under £35, a standard shipping fee applies at checkout.

EU Shipping We ship to EU countries via Royal Mail International Tracked. Free shipping is available on EU orders over £75 (equivalent in Euro). Orders are typically delivered within 5–10 business days from dispatch. As the UK is no longer part of the EU, orders may be subject to local import VAT and customs duties upon arrival, which are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not registered for IOSS, so these charges are not collected at checkout.

International Shipping (Rest of World) We ship worldwide via Royal Mail International Tracked. Free shipping is available on international orders over £95 (equivalent in USD). Delivery times vary by destination but are typically 7–14 business days from dispatch.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking Your Order Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your order via the Royal Mail website.
