Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, You’ll need the proof of purchase and delivery. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. For orders containing multiple items, you may return individual items for a partial refund. If your order includes complimentary gifts, they must be returned along with the original item(s) in order to receive a full refund. Failure to return the complimentary gifts may result in the value being deducted from your refund. Please note that complimentary gifts refer to any free bonus items included with your order, and are separate from our gift set products, which are non-returnable and non-refundable as stated below.
To start a return, you can contact us at blushbellegifts@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you the return address and instructions on how and where to send your package. We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service when returning items, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. Proof of postage alone is not sufficient — tracking confirmation may be required. Please note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect — in which case we will provide a prepaid return label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To help us verify and process your request efficiently, please provide the proof of delivery and clear photos or videos showing the issue of the product. Please note that requests submitted without sufficient evidence may be rejected.
For minor issues that do not affect the functionality or wearability of the jewellery (e.g. slight discolouration and minor craftsmanship imperfections), we will offer either a partial refund or a discount for future purchases.
For serious damage that affects normal use (e.g. broken jewellery and structural damage), a full refund will be offered after a review of the submitted proof.
This policy is made to prevent fraudulent refund claims. Your understanding will be appreciated.
Non-returnable/non-refundable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable once purchased.This applies to all earring styles, including studs, hoops, and drop earrings. Additionally, gift sets are non-returnable and non-refundable as they may include earrings and are bundled items that cannot be partially returned. This does not affect your statutory rights if items are faulty or not as described. We kindly ask that you review your order carefully before completing your purchase. Exchanges
To request an exchange, please contact us at blushbellegifts@gmail.com in the first instance. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to make a separate purchase for the new item, then return the original. Once we have received and inspected the returned item and the return is approved, your refund will be processed. Return postage costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service when returning items, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. Proof of postage alone is not sufficient — tracking confirmation may be required. Exchanges will not be accepted if the item has been worn, shows visible signs of use or shows any condition that affects its resale value. Please note that exchanges are subject to the same conditions as returns — earrings and gift sets are non-exchangeable as they are non-returnable and non-refundable.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Please note that gift sets remain non-returnable and non-refundable as they are bundled items that cannot be partially returned. The non-returnable status of earrings for hygiene reasons also applies, subject to applicable EU consumer law.
International customers (outside the UK and EU) If your order is being shipped outside the United Kingdom and the European Union, our standard 14-day return policy applies. Your item must meet the same conditions outlined above — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer in all cases, except where the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect— in which case postage costs will be reimbursed upon receipt of the returned item, or an alternative resolution will be offered at our discretion. We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. Please note that non-returnable and non-refundable items (including earrings and gift sets) apply equally to all international orders regardless of destination.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Chargebacks raised without prior contact may delay resolution and affect your ability to make future purchases with us.
